Your tasks:

After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:

  • Processing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc.
  • Providing solutions to technical or product-specific problems
  • order acceptance and processing
  • quantity and deadline agreements
  • Carrying out the shipping organization
  • material procurement
  • order tracking

Your qualification:

  • Completed commercial/technical training
  • basic technical understanding
  • Confident use of MS Office (Navision is an advantage)
  • English in speech and writing
  • independence and accuracy
  • customer orientation and commitment
  • Strong customer service skills and assertiveness
